We want Can-Am Parts Ltd to be usable by as many people as possible, including visitors using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification tools.
What we have implemented
- Semantic heading structure (H1–H3) on every page so screen readers and keyboard users can jump between sections.
- Visible focus states on links, buttons and form fields for keyboard navigation.
- Descriptive link text and alt text on informational icons rather than color- or shape-only cues.
- A mobile navigation menu built to be operable by keyboard and touch alike.
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background across the site’s color palette.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time checklist — we review templates and new pages as the site evolves and correct issues as they’re found.
