Fitment mistakes are expensive and frustrating. Here is how we decide what goes on the site and how it gets categorized.
OEM parts
OEM listings are identified by their genuine Can-Am/BRP part number and cross-checked against manufacturer fitment data for the models and years listed.
Aftermarket parts
For aftermarket parts, we look for a manufacturer-published fitment chart covering the specific model, year and trim — not a generic “universal fit” claim — before a part is listed for that application.
How fitment tagging works
Every product on this site is tagged to the specific Can-Am model(s) it fits using the same model list used throughout the site (see Shop by Model). If a listing’s fitment isn’t clear for your exact machine, ask before ordering rather than guessing.
When we are not sure
If fitment for a part is ambiguous across trims or model years, we say so in the listing rather than presenting it as universal. When in doubt, our buying guide covers how to confirm your exact model before ordering.
