OEM parts
Genuine OEM Can-Am parts are covered by the manufacturer’s applicable parts warranty. If an OEM part you purchased from us is defective, contact us with your order number and we will guide you through the manufacturer warranty claim process.
Aftermarket parts
Aftermarket parts are covered by a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear items (belts, pads, filters), damage from incorrect installation, or damage from use outside the manufacturer’s specifications.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from incorrect fitment or installation
- Parts installed on a model or trim they were not sold for

Contact us with your order number, the part in question, and a description (and photo, if possible) of the issue.
