Return window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the part must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all included hardware.
Non-returnable items
- Electrical parts that have been installed or wired in
- Parts marked as special-order or non-returnable on the product page
- Parts damaged by installation attempts
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return before sending anything back, so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Wrong or defective part
If we shipped the wrong part, or it arrived defective, contact us and we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
